What Sets Us Apart?
Strategic Mentorship Groups: In this program, 3-6 EPIC members will be carefully matched with a mentor, forming "mentorship groups." These groups will convene three times during a dynamic 6-week period, each meeting thoughtfully designed to produce meaningful conversations and lasting relationships.
Diverse Mentor Selection: By participating, you're signaling your interest in one of the mentors who are pioneering this pilot program in its inaugural year. While you can express interest in multiple mentors, you'll only have the opportunity to participate in one group to ensure a focused experience. **Expressing interest does not guarantee participation, read more below.**
Intimate Group Dynamics: To maximize the impact, we keep our groups small, with a maximum of 6 individuals chosen for each. Our dedicated mentors will have the honor of selecting participants. If you're selected, you can secure your spot by registering for the first-year pilot program at a special rate of $49 or waive your spot to the next in line.
Exciting Kickoff Event: The mentorship program will kickoff on January 11th with a happy hour event, where you'll have the chance to meet your mentor group and learn more about the program’s framework. Subsequent group meetings will be scheduled at your mentor's discretion, allowing you to plan ahead and fully commit to your growth journey. There will be three, 1.5 hour meetings scheduled in a 6-week period.
