In our EPIC Boss Talk Series, EPIC members are invited to have discussion-based sessions with successful local business leaders in our community to learn about their career paths, the trials they have faced, and how they have seen success throughout their professional lives.

A small group of emerging leaders will get this EPIC opportunity to hear from leaders in our community in discussion-based sessions. Each session will feature a different community leader. Space is limited for these sessions and are exclusive to EPIC members.

This session of the EPIC Toledo Boss Talk will feature Heather Bradley, Executive Vice President of the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce. If you have followed Heather’s career path, you know it is non-traditional.  Crossing industries, roles, and international boundaries, Heather is now at a place in her career where she can combine and leverage all she has learned in support of our community.  Join us as Heather shares her lessons learned along the way.

In her role as Executive Vice President, Heather is responsible for staff oversight and development, operations, strategic planning, and new program development at the Chamber to ensure strategic goals are achieved.

Prior to joining the Chamber, Heather served as the Director of The Center for Nonprofit Resources, owned a successful coaching and consulting business for many years and served as a Vice-President of Human Resources with Owens Corning.

Heather was awarded a B.A., in Psychology by York University in Toronto, Canada and is a Board-Certified Coach. She is among the first 25 coaches in the world to be certified as a systems coach. As a published author, she is credited with four books, dozens of articles, and a collection of on-line courses.

Heather considers her greatest professional achievement (to date) to be having an introduction for one of her books written by Ruth Bader Ginsburg, former Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States.
