BOSS TALK - SESSION THREE: Robin Isenberg, Executive Director of NAMI Toledo

On March 24 at noon, attend this session of Boss Talk with Robin Isenberg, Executive Director of NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Greater Toledo.

Over the last year, we have been victims to a pandemic that took control of so many aspects of our lives, causing us to worry about our physical health and also drastically affecting our personal lives and our mental health as well.  We have experienced loss and have had to grieve parts of our lives that have been disrupted due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Many have experienced challenges with their mental health who may not have suffered before.

Robin will be discussing all of this and giving tips on how to deal with stress, the uncertainty surrounding the ongoing pandemic, self care and finding happiness. Being able to take time and care of yourself results in a more holistic and happy version of you, even during some very challenging times.

Zoom info will be sent prior to the event.

Robin has served as Executive Director of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Greater Toledo since June 2011.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University with a focus on marketing and management and has served the Toledo community as a non-profit leader for many years.  Robin is especially passionate about community and family mental wellness and her many years of non-profit leadership experience give her a deep appreciation for working to improve the quality of life for our community; one program at a time.
