Self-Care, Coping Skills and Your Mental Health with the Zepf Center

During this challenging and stagnant time of unknown within our community, it has become more common to experience feelings of isolation, fear, and anxiety as we all begin to learn how to navigate a new “norm.” This webinar, led by Christina Joseph, a Licensed Profession Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio, will provide a general understanding of warning signs and symptoms for anxiety, depression, and substance abuse, and will offer clinical recommendations for maintaining balance and motivation, practicing healthy coping skills, and tending to basic self-care needs.
